STEP 1

Download the MP4 recording if it is in the Cloud. If locally, you already have the recording, and no need to download it.听

STEP 2

Go to your employee Gmail, click on the waffle icon ( 9-dot icon upper right corner ) to reveal more links, click on YouTube.听

STEP 3

Click Upload Video

Go to your employee Gmail, click on the waffle icon ( 9-dot icon upper right corner ) to reveal more links, click on YouTube.听

STEP 4

Click Select Files or drag and drop.听

Go to your employee Gmail, click on the waffle icon ( 9-dot icon upper right corner ) to reveal more links, click on YouTube.听

STEP 5

Run through the steps adding a video Title, description, etc.听
Click on Unlisted, that will be one of the steps when you have to select.

How to Edit the YouTube Video

听

听STEP 1

Go to the video you want to edit, then click on Editor.

听STEP 2

Then click on Trim & Cut

听STEP 3

Drag the sliders to trim the beginning and/or end of the video, click save when you are done trimming the video.听 (NOTE: the link will not change)
