WHAT IS MY STUDENT ACCOUNT BALANCE?

You can obtain your balance by logging into your MyWestern account, click on Student Finance, then select the semester you want to view.

WHEN ARE TUITION AND FEES DUE?

Tuition and fees are due before the start of classes, or on the date of enrollment. If you cannot听 pay your balance in full, Western offers flexible, safe payment plan options.

CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN FOR A CURRENT OR PAST SEMESTER?

Western offers secure payment plan options through Herring Bank.
For a current semester,听 you can sign up for a payment plan through MyWestern, then click on Student Finance.听For a past semester balance, payment plan options are not available. You may make payments to Western by phone or mail. See Payment Options for more information on how听 to make a payment.

I DROPPED MY CLASS, HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
___________________________________________
If you dropped within the refund period, you will receive your refund either by the refund听 preference you chose on your Direct Deposit Designation through听MyWestern, or back to the听 debit/credit card with which you paid. If you dropped outside of the refund period, receiving a 鈥淲鈥 in听 the class, you will not receive a refund and still owe for those classes. See Enrollment Changes听for more information.
